I will let you into a secret. This was my first wedding where I have created a film….. and I loved every minute of it. As a Guildford Wedding Photographer I have photographed a number of weddings throughout London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex but this was definitely a first for me. Now a Guildford wedding film maker. It’s not just a recording. Not just a record of your day. Not just a video of moments in time. It’s cinematic. Stirring. Beautifully shot. Capturing hearts and souls. Those moments that will disappear in the blink of an eye and be forgotten forever.

The beauty of my wedding films are that they capture the emotion. There is something about bringing a photograph to life that really tugs on the heart strings. The little looks. The way they brush away wisps of your hair. The expression on their face when they first see you. The love between you. The funny little moments. The connection and love of family and elderly grandparents. The secret smiles and the ‘in’ jokes. And it’s not just about the film. The music and audio edited over the top of the film play such an important part.

Farbridge, West Sussex

Farbridge is just the most beautiful venue. Nestled in the South Downs, a few miles North of Chichester, West Sussex. A stones throw from West Dean Gardens, Weald & Downland Living Museum and Goodwood races. I grew up just down the road and this is a part of the world that is very close to my heart. Farbridge is stunning both inside and out. Think cosy warm winter wedding or glorious balmy summer evenings. It just ticks all the boxes. Beautiful rooms on site too. Just my kind of place. For a February wedding we were lucky to enjoy the most sunniest of days. The venue was dressed by Stress Free Hire. And looked amazing. Nothing was out of place. The cake by Bunston Bakes was nothing short of stunning. And Imogen from Farbridge did a wonderful job of unobtrusively making sure that everything went according to plan.

It goes without saying that Millie looked stunning in her in dress from Mori Lee. Her make up by No.3 Aesthetics was natural and hair just beautiful. The flowers were absolutely amazing. Lady Lissy Floristry did a wonderful job – the pieces on the tables, dressed by Stree Free Hire, were fitting and beautiful. The bridesmaids dresses were stunning (Oasis) and Hamish looked dapper in head to toe Neal and Palmer.

Film or photographs?
